Initiate Your Return

Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your order details.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your Smileactives products, including any used or empty containers, into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our returns processing center using your preferred trackable carrier.
